As a trauma-informed therapist, I offer compassionate, personalized support tailored to your unique needs and have training in a range of approaches including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Somatic Experiencing (SEP). I also draw from attachment theory and compassion based approaches.
